I felt like I was in the Twilight Zone driving around Salmiya Friday night. What happened to all the billboards? They are all BLANK! Did the billboard guy go on vacation or WHAT?The billboards on Gulf Road are all empyt. I checked last night too and same thing!
Maybe the MOI has banned billboards??
They left Kuwait with everybody else...
